CREATE A WINNING CULTURE

BUILD A HIGH PERFORMANCE TEAM

“Everyone has a purpose in life and a unique talent to give to others. And when we blend this unique talent with service to others, we experience the ecstasy and exultation of own spirit, which is the ultimate goal of all goals.”

                                  - Kallam Anji Reddy

“Culture eats strategy for breakfast.”

WHAT DOES AN IDEAL, HIGH PERFORMANCE TEAM LOOK LIKE?

A prosperous, profitable and powerful group consisting only of competent, intelligent, hard-working, dedicated and productive people who are organized into a united, efficient and well-coordinated team - with everyone working well together and accomplishing the company’s goals and purposes.

Ikigai Leadership & Communication helps clients create this ideal, high-performance organization.

Culture and the Ideal Organization

The ideal organization defined above is produced through a winning corporate culture. Corporate culture totally defines an organization and everything it stands for.  Culture determines the success or failure of any type of organization.

Culture is a very broad word that can cover just about anything and everything associated with an organization.

Culture is a tapestry  of attitudes, principles, beliefs, standards and behaviors - all woven together to form a dynamic picture, a way of life.

Corporate culture is a complex and dynamic mix of many elements and ingredients. The better these pieces fit together, the stronger and more successful is the culture.

Culture defines the very nature, character, intentions, actions and behavior of the organization as a whole and greatly influences how individual team members operate and interact.

Therefore, culture should never be allowed to “just happen” or “evolve on its own.” Culture is too important to be left to chance.

If culture isn’t fully defined, intended and held true by the leader(s) of a group, then a mediocre culture at best will evolve on its own - or even a poor culture.

Winning cultures demand that people rise up to the high standards of that defined culture.

Another way to look at culture is like a rope. Individual strands are intertwined with each other, forming one rope. A rope’s strength comes from (1) the quality of each strand, (2) number of strands and (3) how well the strands are woven together.

Ikigai Leadership & Communication has developed an exact, step-by-step formula that anyone can use to create a winning culture and ideal organization - leading to accomplishing one’s dreams, goals and purposes.
